cancelation policy 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, no charges will be applied. Less than 48 Hours: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure our team members' time is respected.

service adjustment- our beauty professionals start appointments with a thorough consultaion. guests are educated on the service(s) being performed. service excellence is prioritized over convenience, with a commitment to providing the best service. clients dissatisfied with services may notify the salon within 2 weeks for a service adjustment. additional costs may apply for adjustments. feedback is valued for continuous service improvement.

refund policy- vive salon has a no refund policy but welcomes feedback for improvement. vive salon aims to provide luxury services, learn from mistakes, and rectify any issues. continuous learning and exceeding guest expectations are priorities at vive salon.

extra product charge- kindly be informed that the prices indicated for our stylists' services represent baseline rates. our utilization of vish, an advanced color software, enables us to meticulously document color formulas, track product consumption, and minimize waste for future visits. this sophisticated system plays a pivotal role in upholding superior customer service standards and guaranteeing a uniform experience across all appointments.

what not to wear- as a luxury salon, we prioritize your beauty goals while also protecting your personal belongings during chemical applications. however, we recommend avoiding wearing cherished items during procedures as we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

salon experience- when visiting vive salon, guests are asked to come alone to their scheduled beauty appointments. accompanying parties can wait in the front waiting area to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. this ensures the best service and relaxing experience for all guests.

promotional discounts- all promotional discounts must be mentioned at the time of checkout to be valid. we also request that you indicate the source of your discount, as this is a standard practice in most industries. this information enables us to better understand the effectiveness of our marketing stratagies.
