Scheduling
In order to schedule an appointment of any kind, guests must have a complete file, containing: a valid credit card, the minimum level of personal info needed to run our business effectively. Communication about appointment changes must be made during business hours. 48 hours' notice is required for changes of any kind to avoid charges to their card on file. Any changes made to appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) applied to the guest's card on file.

Vive Salons' online booking reflects our prioritization of communication and modernizing the salon experience. NEW & RETURN GUESTS will *SOON* be required to complete an in-depth hair history intake form. This will elevate your experience. What not to Wear
We are artists. we want to make your hair dreams come true. as a luxury salon we take all the appropriate measures to avoid chemically altering your clothing and any personal items. we highly recommend not wearing anything that you hold dear to your heart. Vive salon will take no responsibility if any chemical damage to clothes or personal items. thank you for your understanding.
Salon Experience
This is you time. you deserve it. to ensure the best experience for all guests and the ultimate relaxation at vive salon we highly discourage additional company to your beauty appointment. To be as accommodating as possible if a guest is needing to have company join their appointment please utilize our front waiting area.

Service Adjustment
While we aim to accommodate every need, we never compromise quality for convenience. our beauty professionals will start in-depth consultation following a before picture, inspirational picture and an after page that will all be documented in our software. It is our job as the professionals to enlighten you if your inspirational picture is achievable. Guests need to understand the quality and integrity of your hair comes first.

in an event you leave vive not feeling you got the ultimate experience please follow these instructions.
- Notify salon within two weeks of your appointment to be eligible for a service adjustment. if the guest fails to notify the salon management team within the time allowed the guest will forfeit any eligibility of a service adjustment and will be responsible for additional service fees.
-Additional product cost may be charged to the guest depending on the circumstances of the service adjustment and what's all agreed upon with our management team.
- Service adjustments must be made with the original beauty professional. Or the guest will be charged for additional services.

vive salon does not refund services. we encourage guests to communicate with our management team if the guests experience was not up to par and we will be as accommodating as possible. We are all human and we take ever experience and find a teachable moment.
