Color services / Vish - Please note that the prices listed for our stylists' services are starting prices. We use VISH, an intelligent Color Software, to track color formulas, record product usage, and eliminate any waste for future appointments. This system helps us maintain a high level of customer service and ensures a consistent experience for every appointment. We would like to clarify that all prices listed for hair coloring services are starting prices. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you.

What not to Wear: As artists, it is our pleasure to assist you in achieving your desired hair goals. We are a luxury salon that takes utmost care to ensure that your personal belongings remain unaffected by any chemical application. However, we advise against wearing any cherished items during the procedure. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to your clothes or personal belongings during your visit. We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Salon Experience: We kindly ask our esteemed guests to observe certain etiquette when visiting Vive Salon to ensure a pleasant and serene atmosphere for everyone. We respectfully request that guests refrain from bringing additional company to their scheduled beauty appointment, as this may impede the ultimate relaxation experience that we strive to provide. To accommodate guests in the best possible manner, we offer a front waiting area where any accompanying parties can comfortably wait while the primary guest receives their beauty service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest level of service and relaxation for all our valued guests.

Service Adjustment: Our company strives to accommodate the diverse needs of our clientele, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence. To achieve this goal, our team of beauty professionals begins each appointment with a thorough consultation process. This involves analyzing a before picture, an inspirational picture, and an after page that are all documented in our proprietary software. As professionals, we take it upon ourselves to educate our clients on the achievability of their desired look. We prioritize the quality and integrity of the hair above all else, and believe that our clients should understand this as well. Our commitment to excellence means that we never compromise quality for convenience, and instead work tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our services and feel that you have not received the ultimate experience, we would like to offer you the opportunity to notify our salon within two weeks of your appointment to be eligible for a service adjustment. It is important to note that failure to notify our salon management team within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of any eligibility for a service adjustment, and the guest will be responsible for any additional service fees. Please be advised that additional product costs may be charged to the guest based on the circumstances surrounding the service adjustment, and this will be agreed upon with our management team. It is also imperative that service adjustments are made with the original beauty professional to avoid additional service charges being levied against the guest. We are committed to providing our guests with the best possible service, and we take all feedback seriously to ensure that we continually improve our services. No refund policy Vive Salon adheres to a strict no refund policy for services rendered. However, we strongly encourage guests to communicate any concerns regarding their experience with our management team. We strive to provide the best possible service to our guests, and any feedback we receive will be used to identify areas for improvement. We acknowledge that mistakes can happen, and will make every effort to be as accommodating as possible to rectify any issues that may arise. Our team believes in the importance of continuous learning, and we view each experience as a teachable moment. Cancelation policy: To schedule an appointment of any kind, it is imperative that guests have a complete file that includes a valid credit card and the minimum level of personal information required to effectively manage our business. Any changes to appointments must be communicated during business hours, and 48 hours' notice is required to avoid charges to their card on file for any changes made to appointments. In the event that changes are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be applied to the guest's card on file. failing to follow our cancelation policy, the card on file will be charged for the missed service/services. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff members, as their livelihoods are directly impacted by their appointments. When a client does not give enough notice to replenish a last-minute cancelation or if a guest doesn't show up without any prior notice, our staff members still dedicate their time and effort to be available for the appointment, resulting in a lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. In order to compensate for their efforts, we have structured our commission-based system, where our staff members rely on each appointment to support their income.
